FAQS

Finding the right childcare support often comes with many questions. Our FAQs explain how Muslim Nannies supports families and caregivers through an intentional, values-centered placement process. Please contact us if you need additional guidance.

How does the Muslim Nannies placement process work?

Families begin by completing an inquiry and complimentary consultation. When ready to move forward, the family signs the Family–Agency Agreement, pays the nonrefundable $150 search deposit, and completes a detailed Family Intake Form.

Our team then creates a customized job posting, recruits and screens potential candidates, and introduces qualified nannies for interviews. Once the family selects a nanny, we support both parties through the final hiring and onboarding process.

Our standard search typically takes approximately 2–5 weeks. Families with more specialized needs may take a little longer.

Timelines vary depending on the family’s schedule, location, compensation, required experience, and other preferences. Although some families find a match sooner, a specific search may require additional time.

How much does placement cost?

What is included in the placement investment?

Families pay a nonrefundable $150 search deposit to begin the placement process. This fee is credited toward your final placement investment once a nanny is successfully hired.

The remaining placement investment is due after a successful match:

  • Standard Placement: $1,500
  • Expedited Placement: $3,000

Monthly Payments Options are Available.

Placement investments are separate from the nanny's wages, payroll expenses, taxes, and other employment-related costs.
