Families and nannies begin by submitting an application and completing an approval process to ensure the environment remains serious, safe, and values-aligned. Nannies also complete an interview and enroll in our Nanny Training Academy before participating in any matching events.

Approved nannies attend a structured matching event where they provide supervised childcare in a real-time setting. Families may bring their children (or attend in advance if expecting) and have the opportunity to observe how caregivers naturally interact with children. Nannies and families also engage in direct, guided conversations so both sides can ask questions and assess fit.

After the event, families independently decide which nanny they feel most confident hiring. We provide guidance and helpful resources to support contracts, expectations, and next steps, making the transition into employment smooth and clear.
